In addition to the 8 inch cakes shown above, we also have:

• Chilled white chocolate cheesecakes - It's not baked but boy is it creamy and smooth...and coated in white chocolate to boot!
• Maple cake - topped with caramel and loaded with maple...a real treat!
• Variety of Oblong shaped cakes which are great for a few guests

Our cakes are available in white, chocolate, carrot, mocca, lemon, and strawberry/raspberry flavours, and topped with a European butter icing which is loved by all...even those that don't usually like bakery icings! As with all of our baked goods, our cakes are prepared with only the finest ingrediants and are free of any preservatives or additives. Be sure to check on our center table for other favourites including:

• Loaf cakes - we've got banana chocolate chip, date, pound cake and blueberry strussel
• Boeterkoek-or butter cake - a dutch family recipe you won't find just anywhere! Cut it thin have with tea!

Along with the delicious, freshly baked cakes displayed in the bakery which are decorated to make any occasion seem special, we also offer custom cake decorating services including:

Figuring out what size of cake you need doesn't have to be a mystery! Review the chart below to determine the size and shape of cake you require based upon the number of people you have attending your event. At Sweet Caroline's Bakery we also do heart-shaped cakes which must be pre-ordered, so be sure to e-mail, phone, or visit us to order your specialty cake!
